modern room comfortable bed clear communication
The room was modern and clean. the bed was comfortable, i slept very well. i really appreciated the whatsapp communication. It was clear and helpful.
the digital key system, using a code for the building, elevator, and room, felt a bit repetitive and less secure than a traditional key card.

The room included a spacious wardrobe with hangers, a mini-fridge, and a safe for valuables. Very convenient. seating was available in the window alcove, a nice touch, adding to its functionality.

communication was handled efficiently via whatsapp, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. the digital check-in and check-out process was straightforward and easy to manage. this setup minimized unnecessary delays.

insecure pin-lock irritating messages
The room had a stylish design, I liked that feature.
The pin-lock system do not seem very secure to me. I found it irritating they asked me to rate exactly during check out as I was in a hurry to catch my train.
